    DX8602 ignition temperature tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB4610-2008 "Determination of Ignition Temperature of Plastic Hot Air Furnace Method" and GB/T9343-2008 "Test Method for Combustion Performance of Plastics - Determination of Flash Ignition Temperature and Spontaneous Ignition Temperature", which fully conforms to GB4610-2008 and meets the standard requirements of ISO871-2006

    DX8602 ignition temperature tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB4610-2008 "Determination of Ignition Temperature of Plastic Hot Air Furnace Method" and GB/T9343-2008 "Test Method for Combustion Performance of Plastics - Determination of Flash Ignition Temperature and Spontaneous Ignition Temperature", which fully conforms to GB4610-2008 and meets the standard requirements of ISO871-2006, and is used to assist in testing the combustion and flame retardant properties of plastic materials.

    Compared with the GB4610-1984 version of the standard, the 2008 version of the standard cancels the term of ignition temperature, adds flash ignition temperature, auto-ignition temperature and calctile combustion, and the test calculation results are changed to flash ignition temperature and auto-ignition temperature. The test instruments required in the 2008 version have also changed greatly from the original standard.

    Concepts related to the test results:

    Flash-ignition temperature (FIT): The lowest temperature at which enough flammable gas is ignited when a flame is applied under specified test conditions.

    Self-ignition temperature (SIT): The lowest temperature at which it ignites by heating without any ignition source under specified test conditions.

    Glowing combustion is a material in which there is no flame in the solid phase and the combustion area is accompanied by luminescence.

    DX8602 Ignition Temperature Tester Test Principle:

    In the heating chamber of a hot air furnace, the flash ignition temperature is determined by heating the temperature at different temperatures, and a small flame is used to ignite the escaping gas directly at the opening above the furnace. The autoignition temperature is determined in the same way as the flash ignition temperature, but no flame is applied.

    Main technical parameters of DX8602 ignition temperature tester:

    1. Customized ceramic tubes with an inner diameter of 100mm±5mm, a length of 240mm ±20mm, and a temperature resistance of not less than 750°C;

    2. The inner diameter of the inner tube is 75mm±2mm, the length is 240mm ±20mm, and the temperature resistance is not less than 750°C;

    3. The flame height of the butane igniter is 10mm-20mm, which can be adjusted arbitrarily;
