1, Applicable scope:

Mainly suitable for measuring the mechanical strength of PVC insulated cables or rubber insulated and extra flexible wires with a rated voltage of 450/750V or below, and with two or more cores. Its performance and structure should meet the national standards of GB/T 5013.2-2008, GB/T 5013.8-2008, and GB/T 5023.2-2008. 3. Testing:

1) Test sample types: two core single-phase, two core three-phase, three core three-phase, three core four phase. Equipped with a DC 12V signal current source.

2) Testing methods: No load, single-phase (two core), three-phase (three-phase three wire/three-phase four wire), cables with more than five cores, and cables with less than 18 cores can be selected at any time.

3) Test sample failure inspection:

• Ammeter indication: A, B, and C phases are disconnected and automatically shut down.
• Current indication: A/B, A/C, B/C short circuit and ringing alarm to automatically shut down.
• Current indication: A, B, C and pulley short circuit alarm and automatic shutdown.
• For samples with five or more cores, no load current is applied. As long as the wire cores are connected in series to V-V, the panel signal source displays a DC voltage of 12V. If there is a circuit breaker, the system will automatically stop.
