Track And Erosion Resistance Tester IEC60587 scope:

The high voltage leakage marking tester is applicable to the test of electrical and electronic products, household appliances and their materials for resistance to electric tracing and erosion. It simulates that under the power frequency (48Hz - 62Hz), the resistance to electric tracing and erosion of electrical insulation materials used under severe environmental conditions is evaluated by measuring the resistance to electric tracing and erosion using liquid pollutants and inclined samples. This machine is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T6553-2014 and IEC60587-2007.

IEC60587 Track And Erosion Tester Performance indicators:

1. Electrode: 0.5mm thick material: stainless steel;
2. Distance between upper and lower electrodes: 50.0mm ± 0.1;
3. Test voltage: 100V-6000V stepless adjustable;
4. Automatic voltage regulator: output: 0~250V automatic electronic voltage regulator, capacity: 6KVA;
5. Test transformer: capacity 6KVA, maximum output voltage AC 6000V (or DC 6000V optional);
6. High-precision voltage stabilizer: output AC220V power 6000W, accuracy ± 1%;
7. When the circuit current is 60mA, cut off the voltage output;
8. Test time: 6 hours;
9. Dropping accuracy: 0.5%;
10. Voltage stability: ± 1%;
11. Judgment of marking: according to the provisions of the standard GB/T6553-2014/4.1.2, apply voltage (2.5kV, 3.5kV and 4.5kV) on the sample, and drop the contaminated liquid at a certain flow rate. The current below 60mA lasts for 6h, and then it passes;
12. Dropping device: precise peristaltic pump is adopted, with flow range of 0.00185~1ml/min, working speed of 0.1~10r/min, flow accuracy error: ＜ 0.5%;
13. Output voltage: AC/DC (switchable)
14. Number of test groups: five groups (one pump controls one group of drops during the test, and there is no influence on each other during the test, not one pump controls five groups as often seen in the market)
15. Control device: It adopts high-end PLC+Taiwan Weilun touch screen control, with precise control, simple operation, fully humanized design, automatic report generation after the test, and panel thermal printer can print the test results in time;
16. Studio volume: 900L * 650W * 950H (mm); The volume is 0.56m3.
17. Case: the surface of iron plate is electrostatic sprayed (SUS304 stainless steel wire drawing surface is optional);
18. The waste liquid tank is made of 316 stainless steel and equipped with sealing device;
